Summer and winter seasons
We distinguish between a summer season (from 21. March untill 1. October) and a winter season. If you decide to become menber of our club you will pay for the summer season. By the way, by doing so you will also get permission for entering the so called open tournaments of other tennis clubs in the Netherlands.

Every day of the week including the weekend
There is an opportunity to play every evening of the working week from five o'clock on gravel courts, with artificial lights untill eleven o'clock in the evening. That is the case on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. You can also play on Monday and Friday starting on five o'clock in the afternoon untill dawn (no artificial lights available during those days). And it is possible to play tennis on Saturday and Sunday, from nine in the morning untill five o'clock in the afternoon. During the tennis competition, which will start on the fourth of April and will end in the first week of June, there will be one tenniscourt for those members who do not participate into the competition.

Tennis partners
Especially for new members and those one who are not playing competition we offer each Tuesday evening, starting from seven o'clock, the 'Adriaan Nuyten Trophy'. It is a so called internal competition not that serious mentioned and it exists of three doubles (mixed, women or men) each evening. Each double counts 30 minutes. By playing those doubles on Tuesday, organized by our club within the framework of the 'Adriaan Nuyten Trophy', you will get to know quickly at least 20 clubmembers.

Relaxed atmosphere
Although almost 50% of our members are competition players, as a board we find it very important to create a relaxed atmosphere with lots of activities during the tennis season. It starts in March with an 'Open Day' from ten in the morning untill four in the afternoon, including the opening tournament. Then you have the above mentioned Adriaan Nuyten Trophy, the tenniscompetition, a summer tournament, the club championships, a tournament which indicates the end of the tennis season, and in the first part of January the indoor winter tournament.
